Description

  • Conduct advanced analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present analyses, narratives, dashboards, and reports for audiences ranging from field teams to senior leadership.
  • Translate data sets into actionable insights and recommendations for sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic relationships with sales leaders and support key initiatives across multiple business segments.
  • Handle inbound requests from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services team for ad hoc analyses, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Partner with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process and data optimizations.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for different business scenarios.
  • Own Salesforce data stewardship, dashboard and report upkeep, end-user support, and documentation management.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 2 years leading analytics efforts within an organization.
  • Experience manipulating large data sets to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience designing and developing ETL processes.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another relational database.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Preset, Power BI, or Tableau to build self-serve dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, V/XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools such as Preset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker highly preferred.
  • Finance, analytics, or strategy background highly preferred.
  • Operational experience improving efficiency, utilization, and scale initiatives.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search is a plus.
  • Experience with marketplace dynamics, pricing analysis, LTV/CAC, commission/incentives, or sales territory management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive use of AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis and operationalize repeatable workflows.
  • Understanding of the sales process within OpenTable or equivalent sales process experience.

  • Remote role to start with a transition to hybrid in-office 2 days per week in downtown Toronto.
  • Expected compensation of $84,000-$95,000 CAD, including commission and/or bonuses.
