Description

  • Lead the Shopify practice and own the growth strategy for Shopify clients.
  • Audit store performance, identify friction points, and build roadmaps for improvement.
  • Design, run, and analyze CRO tests across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships through regular check-ins, roadmap reviews, and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with Shopify developers and external specialists in SEO, paid media, and CRM as needed.
  • Oversee delivery for the development team and ensure they have clear context and priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on content, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Provide input on service offerings, target client types, and practice positioning.
  • Present recommendations to clients and help set the agenda for proactive improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive eCommerce experience with a strong track record in CRO, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to lead client conversations with a point of view.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Autonomous and organized, with ownership of outcomes and priorities.
  • Experience managing client relationships in an agency or freelance environment is preferred.
  • UX/UI design skills applied to eCommerce are preferred.
  • Hands-on Shopify development experience, including Liquid, custom themes, or app integrations, is preferred.
  • Paid media knowledge for eCommerce funnels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, is preferred.
  • SEO experience for eCommerce is preferred.
  • CRM and email marketing experience, such as Klaviyo or similar, is preferred.
