Description

  • Manage the performance and day-to-day needs of a book of strategic Enterprise Merchant accounts.
  • Execute off-premise strategy for DoorDash’s largest restaurant clients.
  • Use data and insights to sell the DoorDash product suite to strategic clients.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and DoorDash teams across management, product, support, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive and functional leaders at partner organizations.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to review performance, strengthen relationships, and define future strategy.
  • Identify merchant needs, prioritize opportunities by business impact, and co-create solutions with partners.
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to improve the customer experience.
  • Track and influence metric-based Enterprise goals such as store activations and product adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a bias for action.
  • Ability to use analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
  • Ability to turn broad challenges into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals with minimal guidance.
  • Strong ability to balance hands-on execution with big-picture thinking.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships or account portfolios is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $85,680 to $126,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings range of $107,100 to $157,500 USD, including commissions.
