Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, print, and radio.
  • Build and maintain a structured campaign calendar across 12 brands.
  • Plan and execute campaigns 6–8 weeks in advance to ensure readiness before launch.
  • Coordinate email, radio, and social content volumes across brands and keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to define campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, timelines, and channel mix.
  • Develop and refine campaign messaging, positioning, storytelling, and promotional copy.
  • Build and deploy campaigns in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as ServiceTitan, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Structure emails, modify templates, and ensure proper formatting and segmentation.
  • Work closely with designers and cross-functional teams to create aligned campaign assets and maintain consistency.
  • Track campaign performance, test and optimize messaging, and adjust campaigns based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or lifecycle/communications marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience with paid advertising across digital and print channels.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and radio advertising/media deal coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ServiceTitan.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging development capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work full-time remote East Coast hours, with preferred 5–6 hours of overlap with U.S. working hours.
