Description

  • Analyze California properties for ADU feasibility based on delivery access, zoning, lot size, setbacks, and local permitting requirements.
  • Use GIS tools, property data platforms, and internal checklists to determine site compatibility.
  • Review and validate inbound leads for completeness and basic eligibility.
  • Research ownership records, permitting history, and other property data to support decision-making.
  • Organize, update, and maintain accurate lead information in Salesforce.
  • Tag and categorize leads to improve pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.
  • Flag duplicate or unqualified entries in the CRM.
  • Help build scalable and repeatable lead qualification workflows.
  • Serve as the first point of analysis before leads are passed to a Project Specialist.
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to the Sales Team and participate in alignment meetings to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability for a remote, offshore position.
  • Must be available for some overlap with US Pacific Time hours.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys solving operational challenges.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
  • Proactive and able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills for documenting findings and communicating with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, urban planning, GIS, or construction is a plus, but not required.
