Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts across the full client lifecycle, protecting revenue and driving organic growth.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for senior client leaders, including CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and other business stakeholders.
  • Build and execute account plans to expand OneSix’s footprint across AI, Data, and Governance offerings.
  • Lead complex, multi-million-dollar pursuits from initial conversation through signed statements of work.
  • Partner with Snowflake and other alliance partners to co-sell, co-develop, and co-deliver opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level QBRs and manage the cadence of the client relationship to drive satisfaction and cross-sell.
  • Work with delivery leaders to monitor scope, margin, utilization, quality, and engagement health.
  • Negotiate SOWs, MSAs, pricing, and scope in partnership with legal, finance, and delivery teams.
  • Develop deep understanding of each client’s data and AI maturity, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Represent OneSix at client events, conferences, and partner forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, client partnership, or account leadership; agency or SI experience is welcome.
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets in a complex solution-sales environment.
  • Experience architecting and closing large, multi-workstream engagements for midsize to enterprise clients.
  • Deep experience building C-suite relationships, especially with CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and Chief Data & AI Officers.
  • Ability to lead discovery, shape pursuits, write proposals, negotiate complex SOWs, and handle difficult commercial conversations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with comfort presenting to executive audiences.
  • Collaborative operating style with experience partnering across delivery, marketing, alliances, and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to clients, partners, and OneSix events.
