Description

  • Own the sales strategy and execution for health plans and TPAs, including national, regional, and Blues plans.
  • Develop and close reseller and embedded partnership deals that expand distribution and revenue.
  • Sell across commercial, fully insured, and ASO lines of business.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with cross-functional stakeholders in medical management, innovation, network, and product.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Legal to structure scalable partnerships.
  • Serve as the voice of health plan and TPA partners to inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed growth targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or partnership experience in digital health or health plan/TPA settings.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from early-stage $0-$10M to $100M+ ARR.
  • Proven success selling into health plans and/or TPAs with a strong understanding of payer business models.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex partnerships, including embedded and reseller deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and results.
  • Passion for transforming healthcare through innovation and impact.

Benefits

  • Target base salary range of $170,000 to $210,000.
