Description

  • Own performance marketing across Google Shopping, Bing, affiliates including CSS, CRM, and selected paid social channels.
  • Set channel mix, budget allocation, pacing rules, and scaling strategy to deliver GMV growth at target contribution.
  • Partner with Finance to forecast spend, GMV, contribution, and ROI across performance channels and markets.
  • Define and operationalise segmentation across department, margin band, seller ID, and performance tiers.
  • Translate propensity, LTV, and other predictive models into channel activation.
  • Lead shopping strategy, including waste control, reporting dashboards, and Google/Bing Shopping governance.
  • Own incrementality testing, attribution, and monthly performance insight reporting.
  • Run weekly growth forums, establish guardrails, and implement stop-loss rules and alerts.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Shopping, Affiliates, and CRM managers and help build a lean, automation-focused team.

Requirements

  • Senior performance marketing leadership experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments.
  • Deep practical expertise in Google Shopping and large-scale catalogue activation.
  • Experience operating at scale in a large SKU environment.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation and incrementality.
  • Experience working alongside data science and engineering teams.
  • Strong commercial and data-led mindset.
  • International experience across UK and EU markets; US experience is advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • Proven experience leading a lean performance marketing team.
