Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology alliance partners.
  • Work with alliances and account executives to close opportunities through joint sales pipelines.
  • Differentiate OMP in joint go-to-market strategies for integrated supply chain planning solutions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify short- and long-term mutual growth opportunities.
  • Encourage alliance partners to convert opportunities into new business, revenue, and market share.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new co-creation partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partner stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product strategy to create effective marketing and sales assets.
  • Manage relationship governance, including business and revenue reviews, KPI definitions, and SWOT analysis.
  • Interpret contracts, manage contractual obligations, and negotiate contract or agreement changes.
  • Track metrics and milestones to ensure partnership execution and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in alliance management, technology sales, business development, or consulting services.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through alliances.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Self-starter able to set priorities and work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for alliance meetings and conferences.
  • English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales, market strategy, prospecting, lead generation, or supply chain planning is advantageous.
