Description

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art LLM-based NLU models for text and reasoning tasks.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct code and model reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Omilia standards.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, NLU, and AI, and evaluate relevant technologies for adoption.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers and data scientists.
  • Own the technical integrity, quality, and delivery of NLU solutions across complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based NLU systems.
  • Deep understanding of NLP, machine learning, and reasoning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Track record of technical mentorship and delivering impactful results in AI/NLU projects.
  • Ability to contribute actively as an integrated team member and represent Omilia professionally in interactions.
