Description

  • Own the technical design and delivery of trading market data features for the OKX App, including real-time quotes, K-line charts, and related trading scenarios.
  • Lead the team through product development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in product requirement discussions and define well-reasoned technical solutions.
  • Safeguard product performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Continuously refine the technical architecture and improve the team’s engineering capabilities.
  • Organize and participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality feature launches.
  • Improve the user experience, performance, and architecture of the modules under your ownership.
  • Lead exploration of AI integration into business scenarios to drive product and technology innovation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on AI engineering or pipeline development experience.
  • Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, and core agent concepts.
  • Proven practical experience delivering AI engineering solutions and building complete AI workflows or pipelines from the ground up.
  • Track record of leading mid-to-large-scale projects end to end.
  • High standards for technical architecture and engineering quality.
  • Trading business background with client-side development experience at a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech app.
  • Familiarity with core trading domains such as order matching, market data display, and asset management.
  • Native iOS or Android development background preferred.
  • Client-side team management experience preferred, including leading a team of 5 or more.
  • On-device AI, multimodal client features, or cross-platform experience with Flutter or React Native preferred.
  • Current right to work in Hong Kong is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
