Description

  • Architect and ship agentic workflows using the Claude API across GTM and RevOps use cases.
  • Own prompt engineering and Claude API management, including versioning, testing, and optimization.
  • Build, manage, and improve n8n-based automation workflows that connect GTM systems and eliminate manual handoffs.
  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations and webhook-based automations across Omilia’s tech stack.
  • Define and enforce data schema standards across the GTM stack to ensure consistency, accuracy, and auditability.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, APIs, models, and automation frameworks, and implement high-ROI solutions where appropriate.
  • Create and scale AI use cases for marketing programs, outbound sequences, sales collateral, and battlecards.
  • Build AI-powered productivity tools for sellers, including research briefs, proposal drafting, and follow-up automation.
  • Develop a custom AI call intelligence layer with transcription, summaries, coaching insights, and CRM sync.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to identify friction points and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with the Claude / Anthropic API, including prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic workflow design.
  • Experience building and maintaining n8n workflow automations across CRM, communication, and data systems.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience beyond admin level, including Apex, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Ability to write production-quality code in JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Proven experience integrating third-party systems through REST APIs and webhook-based automation.
  • Strong communication skills with AEs, SDRs, and marketers, with the ability to work without translation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build trust, and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Background in conversational AI, NLU, or contact center technology (preferred).
  • Prior startup experience at the $20M-$100M ARR stage (preferred).
  • Exposure to sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or Seismic (preferred).
  • Active engagement with the AI community and experimentation with emerging tools before they go mainstream (preferred).
