Description

  • Own the full lifecycle from raw video ingestion to the decisions made by autonomous AI agents in production.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for unstructured multimodal data, including video and audio.
  • Develop systems for video and sound processing such as codec handling, frame extraction, and batch and streaming workflows.
  • Build AI agent workflows that include memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Create data-to-insight-to-action systems that convert raw data into autonomous decisions.
  • Engineer performant, scalable, and reliable data-heavy systems.
  • Make architecture decisions end to end, from ingestion through production deployment.
  • Work closely on the AI agent foundation that supports smarter matchmaking and campaign automation.
  • Leverage data automation to turn social media and influencer data into business impact.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Python engineering with clean, modular, reusable code.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines for unstructured data such as video, audio, or multimodal data.
  • Strong understanding of video and sound processing, including codecs, frame extraction, and batch and streaming workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, including memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Strong grasp of performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems.
  • Ability to design systems that move from raw data to insight to autonomous action.
  • Comfort owning architecture decisions end to end, from ingestion to production agents.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP and scalable compute setups.
  • Bonus: expertise working with social media data.
