Description

  • Own the guest acquisition strategy for the Olo Network, including annual planning, quarterly targets, channel forecasts, and success metrics.
  • Run performance across all acquisition channels and make investment decisions and tradeoff recommendations.
  • Activate Olo’s 40M+ Olo Accounts to drive recurring orders for restaurant brand partners.
  • Build acquisition programs with restaurant brand partners through co-marketing, in-store, packaging, email, push, and referral channels.
  • Design and own lifecycle programs that convert first-time orderers into repeat Olo Network guests.
  • Develop and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap using A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality tests, geo lifts, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Define and maintain growth dashboards and serve as the source of truth for CAC, LTV, payback, cohort behavior, and attribution.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Analytics, and restaurant brand partners to support growth initiatives.
  • Build and potentially lead a small growth team as the business scales.
  • Operate hands-on as a senior individual contributor/player-coach while scaling new growth channels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or consumer growth strategy and operations.
  • 3+ years in a senior IC or player-coach role at a consumer marketplace, app, or two-sided platform.
  • Proven success scaling consumer acquisition through non-paid channels such as partnerships, co-marketing, referrals, lifecycle and CRM, organic search and content, ASO, PR, or product-led acquisition surfaces.
  • Deep CRM and lifecycle experience across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
  • Experience with segmentation, triggering, and measurement architecture for lifecycle programs.
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort using SQL and AI tools.
  • Fluency in experiment design and growth measurement concepts such as blended CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort retention.
  • Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on operator mindset.
  • Experience working with product, engineering, design, brand, analytics, and external partners is preferred.
  • Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. or from Olo’s NYC headquarters.
