Description

  • Develop and own the performance marketing and demand generation strategy to achieve bookings goals.
  • Lead the demand generation team and guide performance toward business outcomes.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound channels including SEM, paid social, YouTube, email, webinars, content syndication, and ABM.
  • Optimize budget allocation, conversion rates, and channel performance across the funnel.
  • Define KPIs and metrics, manage campaign performance, and report actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Oversee the marketing and early-stage sales funnel and remove conversion friction points.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget and connect spend to results and forecasting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing specialists.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance leadership to align initiatives with revenue priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party channels to support pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with significant experience leading Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, and/or Growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing programs that generated multi-million dollar B2B tech pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in martech stacks, attribution and measurement models, and channel best practices and benchmarking.
  • Ability to strategically apply AI technology and practices across relevant aspects of the role.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate performance data into a clear business narrative.
  • Ability to analyze channel performance, budget performance, down-funnel metrics, and conversions to measure actual pipeline.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Finance leadership (preferred based on role scope).
  • Remote work eligibility in the U.S. or willingness to work from Olo's NYC headquarters.

  • Annual salary range of $165,000-$185,000, depending on experience and location.
