Description

  • Own the strategy and execution of enterprise demand generation and ABM programs.
  • Define ICP, segmentation, and target account strategy, including tiering, prioritization, and coverage.
  • Build a full-funnel demand engine that drives new logo pipeline, accelerates opportunities, and increases adoption among existing customers.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals and account plans.
  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs across key segments.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across paid media, events, SDR/BDR outbound, and personalized nurture.
  • Use intent data and engagement signals to trigger timely account engagement.
  • Drive improvements in account engagement, pipeline creation and influence, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and deal size.
  • Expand and test additional channels such as account-based paid media, industry partnerships, sponsorships, and vertical-specific campaigns.
  • Partner with RevOps to define KPIs, build reporting and attribution, and support continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B demand generation experience, with strong exposure to enterprise and ABM motions.
  • Proven ability to build or significantly evolve demand generation programs tied to pipeline.
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales and SDR/BDR teams.
  • Ability to own strategy while also executing key programs directly.
  • Strong understanding of complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experience with a B2B tech stack including Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and ABM platforms.
  • Strong point of view on how AI can enhance ABM and enterprise demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
