Description

  • Maximize regional revenue through onboarding and retention of VIP clients.
  • Develop an AUM strategy and revenue optimization approach based on OKX’s product offering.
  • Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to the company’s strategic direction.
  • Lead partnership efforts by identifying suitable partners and executing partnership negotiations.
  • Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and new sales channels.
  • Handle proactive account management and coordinate with operations on client issues such as frozen accounts and EDD.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate the OKX value proposition to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in VIP business development within crypto, private banking, finance, or trading.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to support strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the LATAM region.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams (nice to have).
  • Prior experience at a crypto exchange (preferred).
  • Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space (preferred).
