Description

  • Maximize trading volume on Futures and Spot order books in the region through affiliate onboarding and retention.
  • Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand.
  • Proactively source and recruit new affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, influencers, and VIP clients.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive content creation, user acquisition, active transactions, and measurable performance results.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent communication and partnership building.
  • Initiate and participate in partner meetings to explore new cooperation opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share market insights and help optimize product offerings for qualified users.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine strategy and identify market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods, including data analysis and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Previous experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker is a plus.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto trading space.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
