Description

  • Own demand-generation targets across paid and outbound channels and optimize campaigns to meet lead and pipeline goals.
  • Support the Senior B2B Media Manager in building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Build and run outbound programs across email and LinkedIn using enrichment, buyer signals, and AI personalization.
  • Build and maintain target audiences and contact lists using enrichment and intent data.
  • Own day-to-day marketing operations in HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list hygiene, and deliverability.
  • Partner with content and web teams to improve landing pages, conversion paths, and A/B testing.
  • Track and report funnel performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, MQL/SQL conversion, and channel ROI.
  • Use AI tools to scale content, personalization, and repetitive marketing tasks.
  • Maintain clean data and ensure campaigns comply with privacy and anti-spam regulations.
  • Surface insights and recommend fixes to improve demand-generation performance and sales-ready pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth, or revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, outbound programs, or both.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Operator mindset with the ability to build, ship, and fix independently.
  • Ability to learn new tools and AI workflows quickly.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, or HeyReach, or similar tools.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and native platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and personalization such as Claude or Codex.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, is a plus.
  • Preferred experience marketing to customer experience, support, or operations buyers.
  • Preferred experience running SEO and AEO alongside paid and outbound campaigns.
  • Preferred experience running campaigns across multiple markets or languages.
