Description

  • Identify and acquire high-value clients through in-person visits, industry events, communities, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline and follow-up cadence for prospective clients.
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships and conduct regular reviews of trading needs, capital size, and product preferences.
  • Own key portfolio KPIs, including assets under management, trading volume, and revenue contribution, and deliver monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop deep knowledge of major trading platform product lines, including spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, and structured products.
  • Provide professional product comparisons and recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Gather client needs and pain points and coordinate with product, operations, and other internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product types to generate useful client insights.
  • Share client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategy and product iteration.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry.
  • Hands-on experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products.
  • Strong ability to quickly identify and qualify target clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing high-potential client relationships, client service, or account operations is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return concepts.
  • Background in banking, securities, or asset management is a strong plus.
  • Clear KPI and results orientation, with comfort using data to measure performance.
  • Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel or client visits.
  • Able to work in both Chinese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
