Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for net-new and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Conduct strategic discovery to align customer cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s solutions.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by identifying unmet needs and usage patterns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and VPs of Security.
  • Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to support onboarding, customer success, and long-term value delivery.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and manage deal progression, approvals, legal reviews, and quoting workflows.
  • Develop proposals and present business cases that clearly communicate technical value and ROI.
  • Use Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to manage pipeline health, forecasting, and sales activity.
  • Provide market feedback on cybersecurity trends, competition, and buyer behavior to inform internal strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales.
  • Fluency in Polish or Romanian.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving territory growth.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing 7-figure, multi-year contracts with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Strong experience with direct sales and partner-driven go-to-market models.
  • Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and value-based consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to handle discovery, objection handling, and closing effectively.
  • Experience managing sales processes including approvals, legal reviews, and quoting workflows.
  • Comfort engaging with C-level executives and adapting communication to different stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and operationally disciplined, with fluency in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
