Description

  • Acquire and expand a pipeline of high-value clients through in-person visits, industry events, communities, and referrals.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential target clients and maintain a structured lead pipeline with consistent follow-up.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews of trading needs, capital size, and product preferences.
  • Own client portfolio KPIs including assets under management, trading volume, and revenue contribution, and deliver monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of major trading platform products such as spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, and structured products.
  • Provide professional comparison, recommendations, and customized solutions based on client needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and other internal teams to support key clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product types to generate actionable client insights.
  • Share client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategy and product iteration.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry.
  • Hands-on usage or service experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing high-potential client relationships, client service, or account operations preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return concepts.
  • Background in banking, securities, or asset management is a strong plus.
  • Clear KPI and results orientation, with the ability to use data to measure performance.
  • Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel or client visits.
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to execute in uncertain environments.
  • Able to work in both Chinese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
