Description

  • Proactively identify and develop high-value institutional clients, including investment firms, asset managers, quantitative trading teams, and family offices.
  • Build a consistent client pipeline through industry events, peer referrals, and in-person visits, and close partnership opportunities efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s trading strategy, capital structure, and product needs to deliver tailored service solutions.
  • Maintain regular, in-depth client engagement to build long-term trust and drive growth in AUM, trading activity, and platform stickiness.
  • Own key performance metrics for the client portfolio, including AUM, trading volume, and revenue contribution.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for asset onboarding and business activation, while improving client value over time.
  • Provide consultative product recommendations across spot, derivatives, structured products, and institution-exclusive services.
  • Gather client pain points and customization requests, and coordinate with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Share market insights and client feedback internally to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Track institutional crypto market trends and competitor service strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry, with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, or similar.
  • Experience with high-potential client relationship management, client service, or account operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return dynamics; experience in banking, securities, or asset management is a strong plus.
  • Clear KPI and results orientation, with the ability to use data to measure and manage performance.
  • Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel or client visits.
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to execute in an uncertain environment.
  • Ability to work in both Chinese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
