Description

  • Own and deliver the market growth plan for the assigned market, including new users, active traders, trading volume, and retention.
  • Monitor user trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform market strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Localize and execute paid acquisition and referral campaigns aligned with the local market culture and digital landscape.
  • Activate and coordinate local influencer, KOL, and community programs to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Identify conversion blockers in the funnel and recommend experiments to improve user flow and performance.
  • Build and manage local ecosystems and partnerships with payment partners, trading communities, media, and events.
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics weekly and turn them into actionable market insights.
  • Represent OKX in market through local fintech and crypto events and user-facing engagements.
  • Work with regional and global teams across marketing, product, CRM, and partnerships to align priorities and execution.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships within fintech, crypto, or digital trading.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and trading or transaction growth in the market.
  • Strong understanding of the local digital, social, and crypto ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort making data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Fast-moving, hands-on, and execution-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with local payments, communities, media, or event partnerships is preferred.
