Description

  • Lead Auth0-specific discovery, positioning, and deal strategy for CIAM opportunities.
  • Develop SKU strategies and pricing models in collaboration with Auth0 SE specialists.
  • Partner with the Key Account Director to shape pipeline and create new opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Drive competitive positioning and execution to overcome technical hurdles and market competition.
  • Collaborate with Principal SEs to confirm Auth0 is the best-fit solution for customer use cases.
  • Support commercial alignment by ensuring Auth0 technical and business requirements are reflected in proposals.
  • Serve as the dedicated Auth0 subject matter expert in customer engagements and deep-dive discussions.
  • Align with Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to keep messaging and commercials consistent with the strategic account plan.
  • Work with front-line management to resolve role friction and maintain a seamless one-team customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions, with a focus on Identity (IAM) or developer-centric platforms.
  • CIAM experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment and partner with account owners to drive specialized revenue.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
  • Experience navigating SKU-level pricing and strategy.
  • Experience with multi-million dollar sales cycles in Global or Key accounts.
  • Experience with deal shaping and competitive displacement.
  • Exceptional presence and ability to lead technical discovery sessions with developer personas and executive stakeholders.

  • Annual OTE range of $308,000 to $462,000 USD for candidates in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
