Description

  • Establish a long-term plan for net new logo pipeline generation in LATAM.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, create opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
  • Meet ARR revenue targets and support year-over-year growth.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen relationships within enterprise accounts in the region.
  • Navigate relationships and business opportunities across the client organization.
  • Position Okta at both the functional and business value level with target stakeholders.
  • Lead sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal teams and channel/alliances partners to support deal execution.
  • Use channel, alliances, and cross-functional resources to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Champion Okta to prospective clients in a consistent, effective, and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of consistent employment with direct field sales experience.
  • Experience developing net new logos and selling enterprise cloud software to enterprise companies with 2,000+ employees in LATAM.
  • Experience using partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and exceed quota.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in cloud software, infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
  • Proven track record of new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to close six-figure software cloud deals with prospects and customers in the assigned territory.
  • Experience selling in high-growth, fast-changing environments and during market creation phases.
  • Experience with C-level executives, strong executive presence, polished communication, and excellent listening skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; MEDDPIC and Challenger are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required; Spanish is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • Role is not eligible for sponsorship.
