Description

  • Build a long-term plan for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with decision makers in prospect accounts.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Use partners and the broader Okta ecosystem to identify and open opportunities.
  • Develop effective working partnerships with xDRs, partners, presales, and Customer First teams.
  • Travel as needed to build and strengthen customer and prospect relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience evangelizing and closing with CTO, Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision makers.
  • Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with the developer community.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels and technical audiences.
  • Confident, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively with humility.
  • Experience using a sales framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler; MEDDPICC is used by the team.
  • Ability to travel for in-person onboarding during the first week of employment in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL.
  • Preferred experience selling security or identity-related solutions.
  • Preferred experience driving demand within highly technical enterprise organizations.
