Description

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the assigned sales segment across India.
  • Lead and manage the Enterprise/Strategic Sales team, including day-to-day operations, performance, and development.
  • Drive expansion in existing Enterprise and Strategic accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year growth plans.
  • Coach the team to win new strategic logos by building executive relationships and shaping customer transformation roadmaps.
  • Engage systems integrators, partners, cloud providers, and distributors on joint planning, demand creation, and opportunity execution.
  • Hire, motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on sales excellence and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Own demand generation, pipeline discipline, and attainment of pipeline creation and revenue bookings targets.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and provide reliable forecast information to leadership.
  • Lead territory and account planning, focusing on the highest-potential accounts, industries, and buying centers.
  • Support complex strategic deals, including commercial structuring and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with extended teams to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions with exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams, ideally in Enterprise and/or Strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in both net new and expansion motions.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience building trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong business planning abilities, including territory planning, risk management, and corrective action execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of consultative and solution selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
  • Comfort engaging executive stakeholders on identity, security, digital transformation, and business outcomes.
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to build scalable processes and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
