Description

  • Develop, administer, maintain, and continuously improve Oklo’s quality training and qualification program.
  • Create and maintain role-based training matrices covering employees, contractors, initial training, recurring training, and requalification.
  • Define competency expectations, prerequisites, required reading, examinations, practical evaluations, and on-the-job training with functional leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate new and revised controlled procedures for training impacts and ensure assignments, completion, and revision traceability.
  • Maintain controlled curricula, training materials, qualification records, and completion evidence.
  • Monitor overdue, incomplete, expired, and upcoming training; coordinate resolution and escalate risks affecting work authorization.
  • Partner with Corrective Actions to determine and implement appropriate training or retraining remediation.
  • Provide training histories and qualification data for investigations, root-cause analyses, audits, surveillances, and regulatory reviews.
  • Develop program metrics, trend analyses, self-assessments, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Coordinate training and qualification requirements for onboarding, transfers, responsibility changes, and temporary assignments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in nuclear QA, quality or technical training, qualification programs, document control, corrective action, or a related function in a highly regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in quality, training, engineering, nuclear science, business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1.
  • Experience developing and maintaining role-based training or qualification matrices for quality-affecting work.
  • Experience coordinating training associated with controlled procedure issuance and revision.
  • Experience applying corrective action, root-cause, or performance-improvement processes to training and retraining decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly across distributed teams.
  • Working knowledge of ANSI/ANS-15.8 and advanced, research, or test reactor environments is preferred.
  • Experience with nuclear technical training, qualification, authorization, or requalification programs is preferred.
  • Experience with learning management, electronic quality management, or document control systems and relevant professional certifications is preferred.
