Description

  • Master the platform’s core user and administrator experiences and Collaborative Learning methodology.
  • Deliver and improve Engagement Academy content and Stadium webinars.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to address client adoption challenges and product-related training needs.
  • Analyze Academy completion rates and webinar satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
  • Lead projects that improve the One-to-Many training strategy, including new formats, gamification, and localized content.
  • Share client usage and adoption insights with Product Managers during discovery meetings.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Confluence knowledge base, processes, and best practices.
  • Onboard and mentor new Trainers and develop advanced toolkits and training paths based on successful client use cases.
  • Own a recurring team pillar, such as serving as the internal referral for complex solution training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success or Customer Care role.
  • Strong listening and teaching skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented culture.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar in German, English, and French.
  • Experience in the learning industry preferred.
  • Ability to become a platform expert from both user and administrator perspectives.
  • Willingness to complete certification in the company’s methodology.
