Description

  • Master the platform’s core user and administrator experience and Collaborative Learning methodology.
  • Host Stadium webinars and deliver Engagement Academy training programs.
  • Update Academy content to reflect product releases and client needs.
  • Improve the One-to-Many training strategy through new formats, gamification, and localized content.
  • Analyze Academy completion rates and webinar satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams, including sharing client adoption insights in discovery meetings.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Confluence knowledge base, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop advanced toolkits and training paths based on successful client use cases.
  • Onboard and mentor new Trainers.
  • Own a recurring team pillar, such as serving as the internal referral for complex solution training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or in client-facing Customer Success/Care.
  • Strong listening and teaching skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar in German, English, and French.
  • Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented culture.
  • Experience in the learning industry preferred.
  • Ability to become a platform expert from both user and administrator perspectives.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with global teams and participate in client-facing webinars.
