Description

  • Own the design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of company-wide learning programs.
  • Lead manager development programs and learning pathways for individual contributors.
  • Create instructional designs, curricula, decks, and content from concept through final delivery.
  • Oversee learning content across internal resources, Sana LMS, Udemy, instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats.
  • Develop meaningful learning-impact measurement frameworks and report program health to leadership.
  • Deliver annual DEI learning and cultural training for international audiences while embedding inclusive design across programs.
  • Build relationships with ERG leaders and support employee communities.
  • Design and facilitate employee listening sessions, surveys, and action planning.
  • Develop L&D team members through direction, quality oversight, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage concurrent deliverables and partner with the Senior Director of Talent on learning strategy and methodology.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of L&D leadership experience, ideally managing an end-to-end L&D function.
  • Hands-on instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
  • Experience managing and mentoring people, including developing individual contributors into senior roles.
  • Deep experience owning DEIB programs and supporting ERGs and employee communities.
  • Strong inclusive-design philosophy applied across learning initiatives.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, including engagement with executive audiences.
  • Experience building measurement frameworks and communicating L&D impact.
  • Ability to execute reliably in fast-paced, complex, matrixed environments.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style with strong prioritization skills.
  • Coaching or DEI certification preferred; CCL facilitator and Insights certifications are a plus.
