Description

  • Own role-specific onboarding programs, milestones, certification standards, and learning paths across SDR, AE, SAE, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success.
  • Use ramp, readiness, adoption, and performance data to improve enablement programs and reduce friction.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for content creation, personalized learning, feedback analysis, knowledge-gap identification, and recommended actions.
  • Manage the enablement technology ecosystem, including administration, integrations, governance, adoption, and measurement.
  • Build governance, taxonomy, lifecycle, and AI-assisted search processes for a reliable GTM knowledge system.
  • Partner with Customer Success and other GTM leaders to translate business priorities into enablement programs and playbooks.
  • Create dashboards and reporting that connect enablement activity to readiness, adoption, ramp time, and business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM programs such as Revenue Kickoff, managing plans, vendors, dependencies, communications, and execution.
  • Identify operational gaps, develop improvements, manage risks, and drive multiple priorities through completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, GTM operations, program management, or a related B2B SaaS role.
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs across multiple GTM roles.
  • Strong program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, knowledge management, or comparable GTM platforms.
  • Experience developing content governance or knowledge-management systems.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify patterns, diagnose problems, and recommend actions beyond activity reporting.
  • Applied experience using generative AI and AI agents to research, synthesize, draft, analyze, and automate work while validating outputs.
  • Ability to design repeatable workflows that combine human and AI components with defined inputs and quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; strong ownership, judgment, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
