Description

Craft and execute global PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee external PR agencies and partners, including setting KPIs and managing delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across blockchain, crypto, and technology media.
Create press releases, blog posts, social media content, and executive briefing materials.
Advise leadership and prepare executives for media interviews, keynote speeches, and industry panels.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and technical accuracy.
Lead crisis communications and develop frameworks to mitigate reputational risk.
Monitor PR performance metrics, including share of voice and sentiment, and report findings to stakeholders.
Develop thought leadership initiatives and secure speaking opportunities at industry conferences.
Organize executive communications and ensure leadership is well briefed for external opportunities.

Requirements

At least 3 years of deep experience in the blockchain and crypto landscape.
Extensive experience in PR and communications.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts, such as Layer 2 scaling, into accessible narratives.
Established network of media contacts in Web3 and mainstream business/tech press.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a versatile portfolio.
Experience managing high-stakes communications in a 24/7 news cycle.
Track record of developing PR initiatives that contribute to long-term business growth.
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment and provide calm counsel under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
