Description

  • Set marketing strategy and own the growth function from the ground up.
  • Run growth experiments to improve pipeline, activation, and retention.
  • Manage paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear messaging for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Lead and execute product launches and other major go-to-market moments.
  • Set up tracking, monitor performance dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.
  • Build and iterate on campaigns and marketing systems without over-engineering.
  • Work directly with email marketing platforms and broader lifecycle marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or product marketing at a SaaS or eCommerce company.
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Track record of owning and executing product launches or major go-to-market moments.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms; HubSpot or Beehiiv experience is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience in the Shopify ecosystem or working with eCommerce brands.
  • Bonus: startup or small team experience where you wore multiple hats.
  • AI fluency and experience using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to set up tracking, read dashboards, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Clear, direct communication skills in writing, presentations, and cross-team discussions.
  • Ability to be strategic and hands-on, with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
