Description

  • Own Facebook Ads and Google Ads programs end-to-end, including strategy, creative direction, audience development, budget allocation, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Design and implement automations, integrations, and internal tools that support marketing operations.
  • Build lead routing, reporting, and CRM integrations across ad platforms and marketing systems.
  • Instrument tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines to measure performance across ads, the website, and the enrollment funnel.
  • Develop and iterate on landing pages, forms, and lead capture experiences for specific campaigns and audiences.
  • Use LLMs and AI development tools to write code, refine ad creative, analyze performance data, and automate repetitive marketing work.
  • Report on pipeline, spend, and unit economics on a regular cadence and recommend budget reallocation based on performance.
  • Improve marketing efficiency and outcomes through code, scripts, and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Experience using code, scripts, or automations to improve marketing program performance, including landing pages, tracking, integrations, or workflow tooling.
  • Personal ownership of Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts, including daily spend and creative decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, or return on ad spend.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make.
  • Strong use of AI coding tools and large language models as a core part of the workflow.
  • Ability to independently pull data, build dashboards, and reason about attribution, cost per lead, and payback periods.
  • Comfort with owning both technical execution and campaign outcomes without needing a defined plan from others.
  • Remote U.S. location requirement.
  • Preferred experience in direct-to-consumer, education, or another performance-driven category.
  • Preferred ability to produce short-form ad creative or brief a video editor effectively.
  • Preferred personal or professional experience in competitive athletics or K-12 education.
