Description

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points.
  • Optimize landing pages, calls to action, and user flows to improve conversion.
  • Manage referral programs and virality loops.
  • Collaborate with content, social, and paid teams on coordinated growth campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and activation.
  • Report on experiment results and scale the tactics that perform best.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and basic funnel analysis.
  • Comfort with marketing tools such as email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs.
  • Self-managed and results-oriented work style.
