Description

  • Serve as the senior authority on Adobe Target for technical and business stakeholders, advising on testing strategy, personalization architecture, and platform best practices.
  • Challenge client proposals constructively when they conflict with Adobe Target best practices, using direct hands-on experience.
  • Stay current on the Adobe Target roadmap, feature releases, and personalization/experimentation trends, and translate updates into client recommendations.
  • Review and QA test design, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementation before launch.
  • Mentor and guide junior optimization specialists by reviewing their work and raising the technical bar.
  • Bridge business objectives and technical platform realities in strategy sessions and implementation reviews.
  • Represent the optimization practice in client governance meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive readouts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, personalization, or digital experimentation, with most of that time hands-on in Adobe Target.
  • Proven progression from hands-on practitioner to senior strategic or leadership role.
  • Deep, current knowledge of Adobe Target, including recent updates, AI/ML-based personalization features, and its role within Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, AEP).
  • Ability to advise and influence senior, technical, and opinionated stakeholders and defend recommendations under scrutiny.
  • Strong understanding of test design fundamentals, including statistical significance, sample size/power, segmentation strategy, and common implementation pitfalls.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to shift between technical detail and business-level narrative.
  • Experience in a client services, consulting, or agency environment is a strong plus.
  • Adobe Target certification(s) or equivalent demonstrated platform mastery is a nice to have.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Target with tag management systems (Adobe Launch/Tags), analytics platforms, and CDPs is a plus.
  • Background across multiple industries, such as retail, travel/hospitality, pharma, or tech, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting large, matrixed, or technically sophisticated enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec; Québec-based candidates must be fluent in English.
