Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Drive urgency and move opportunities forward using effective sales plays.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales ops, sales engineering, solutions, operations, product, and leadership.
  • Communicate opportunity status and unique requirements while meeting sales reporting standards.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members supporting regional prospecting and sales activities.
  • Deliver client presentations that align multiple stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
  • Own sales-related activity across assigned named regional accounts.
  • Travel domestically overnight up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven success hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of leading sales frameworks and a systematic approach to selling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning on the go.
  • Must be based on the West Coast.
  • 2+ years of experience in the fintech or financial vertical (preferred).
  • Value selling experience with API platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working at a hypergrowth startup (preferred).
