Description

  • Facilitate weekly in-person meetings with mortgage clients to build relationships and support change management.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for an assigned customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes to increase use of the Ocrolus platform.
  • Coordinate with teammates on shared accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
  • Communicate client needs, demands, and goals to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support prospective clients.
  • Manage multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Keep accurate records of client transactions.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics.
  • Support company growth through client management, process development, and strategic account work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of mortgage experience and familiarity with mortgage company processes.
  • Proven success with upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to communicate client needs effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to influence process change management.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Strong understanding of API-based work (preferred).
  • B2B fintech experience (preferred).
  • Experience at a hypergrowth startup (preferred).
  • Previous use of Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with failure and the ability to course correct (preferred).

Benefits

  • Full-time salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.
