Description

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of midmarket and enterprise client accounts to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs, use cases, and product satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the contract renewal process and resolve client concerns to secure on-time renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver renewal proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
  • Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, BizOps, Legal, and Finance to identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Use CRM software to track customer interactions, forecast renewals, and maintain accurate account and opportunity records.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics with Customer Success Managers to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and commercial best practices to improve renewal processes and client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or contract renewal management, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Experience managing midmarket and enterprise-level accounts and related strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal revenue targets (NRR) in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, territory management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM software; Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for customer experience and business growth.
  • Willingness to take feedback, learn, and continuously improve.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $107,500 - $174,900, with a midpoint of $141,200.
  • Eligible for additional variable compensation.
  • Eligible for an equity grant.
  • Remote work option or work from Washington, DC, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL.
  • Catered lunch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at office locations.
