Description

  • Develop and execute a sales pipeline process in partnership with Customer Support and marketing to build 3x annual quota coverage.
  • Drive the sales process across e-commerce, retail, and 3PL accounts by identifying and engaging key executives, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Translate customer and market insights into prospect-facing value propositions and new business opportunities.
  • Manage key customer relationships and deepen relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, solutions, deployment, and customer success to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Lead the internal bid process from evaluation through budgetary and final proposal stages.
  • Partner with MHE integrators to develop high-quality proposals aligned to customer needs.
  • Support the execution of sales strategy and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Visit prospect and customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as needed.
  • Help build a high-performance sales culture and expand Ocado’s presence in the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • Recent and significant experience closing enterprise deals over $1MM involving hardware, software, and professional services.
  • Experience selling to CEO, CFO, COO, EVP, and SVP-level executives.
  • Experience selling into e-commerce, retail, and 3rd party logistics companies.
  • Demonstrated performance meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Strong CRM discipline and the ability to keep opportunities current.
  • Ability to ask discovery questions, listen to customer needs, and shape proposals accordingly.
  • Experience qualifying and growing accounts.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and identify the right accounts to pursue.
  • Ability to lead internal teams through evaluation, budgetary proposal, and final proposal stages.
  • Approximately 40-60% travel required, with the role based in the United States and remote.
