Description

  • Deliver high-quality technical support and customer experience to customers and partners.
  • Manage multiple customer requests, inquiries, and issues with varying complexity and priority.
  • Own complex customer scenarios and coordinate with engineering, product management, and sales to resolve issues.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and adoption so they can use and integrate the platform effectively in daily workflows.
  • Improve customer understanding and platform usage through documentation, guides, and live or recorded training.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer enablement through new processes, tools, or product prototypes.
  • Create and deliver account health checks and quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as the technical ambassador and voice of the customer within Obsidian.
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering based on customer needs and issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a cybersecurity role, especially with cloud and SaaS security concerns.
  • Experience building and managing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while delivering results.
  • Experience administering and configuring SaaS applications such as Google Workspace/GSuite, O365, Okta, and Duo.
  • Experience interacting with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
  • Understanding of common web authentication methods such as tokens, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solution stacks.
  • Python software engineering experience is a definite plus.
  • Experience in incident response, threat triage, log analysis, and data correlation is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers, with travel not expected to exceed 5%.
  • 100% remote role with a preference for candidates located in Australia.
