Description

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all open roles.
  • Manage onsite interview logistics and candidate travel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and manage interview documentation, stage movement, and NDA execution.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, including paperwork and background checks.
  • Build and manage university partnerships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and guest lectures.
  • Manage internship, co-op, and graduate hiring end to end.
  • Design and oversee the summer internship program, including intern development and conversion to full-time roles.
  • Develop standardized assessment and selection processes for interns and recent graduates.
  • Administer and improve talent operations processes, including Greenhouse configuration and recruiting workflows.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and scheduling turnaround.
  • Own the employee referral program, including communications, tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across the career site, social media, and university channels.
  • Partner with Marketing to create candidate-facing content such as articles, videos, podcasts, and testimonials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent operations and university recruiting.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition operations in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing university partnerships and early-career hiring programs.
  • Strong understanding of campus recruitment best practices and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Experience with employer branding, digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative to shape workflows.
  • Analytical, data-minded approach with experience using metrics to improve operations.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to streamline workflows.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and recruitment process administration, preferred.
