Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client groups across GTM functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on business strategy and talent needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and coach them on search strategy, compensation, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple disciplines and partner with external resources when needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads on offer terms, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
  • Support TA process, programs, and systems that improve the candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with HR on onboarding and support hiring across the US West and APAC regions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in technology companies.
  • At least 5 recent years recruiting for enterprise technology Sales and Solution Engineering.
  • Experience and a strong candidate network in the cybersecurity space.
  • Prior agency and/or startup experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent that fits the organization.
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and long-term prospect relationship strategies.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing leadership at all levels.
  • Ability to own a full req load and work autonomously while collaborating on shared projects.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and maintain data hygiene.
  • West Coast location preferred to support hiring in US West and APAC.
