Description

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Corporate, and technical roles.
  • Build talent maps and source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Lead intake meetings, define candidate profiles, and advise hiring managers throughout searches.
  • Maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate relationships across multiple functions.
  • Own the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Identify and improve friction in interview processes and recruiting workflows.
  • Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and contribute to the company Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience across multiple functions.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles in Engineering, Product, IT, or Data is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple diverse requisitions in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system, including structured interviews and reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring practices.
  • Ability to use AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and pipeline analysis while applying sound judgment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, organization, analytical, and adaptability skills.
  • Candidate-first mindset and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Ability to work remotely with 0–10% travel.
