Description

  • Generate candidate leads through cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates nationwide.
  • Screen and vet candidates for role fit, reliability, and required qualifications.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in the ATS or CRM.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and KPIs.
  • Keep hiring managers informed about recruiting strategies, hires, and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting creatively in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting.
  • Legal recruiting or legal industry knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including data tools and formulas.
  • Experience managing pipelines and talent pools in an ATS or CRM, such as Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems.
  • Experience creating email marketing and candidate outreach campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work remotely full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
