Description

  • Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit and understand career goals.
  • Coordinate interview logistics with candidates, Project Managers, and Client Managers.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on candidate markets and recruitment trends.
  • Own and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Avomind’s international Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
  • Ability to perform effectively in goal-oriented environments.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong teamwork and commitment.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in an agile environment.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
