Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan for new logo acquisition.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline across assigned territory and accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build a strong understanding of Obsidian Security’s offering and value proposition for customers.
  • Align with partners and alliances to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to move deals forward.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales pipeline management.
  • Participate actively in sales enablement training.
  • Engage prospects and customers across IT Security and other lines of business to build relationships and close business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
  • Experience evangelizing new technology into large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to maintain and manage existing client relationships and accounts.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders and across IT Security and other business functions.
  • Strong prospecting, deal qualification, and POV management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business issues and map them to solution value.
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM records, including activity, forecasts, close ratios, and market intelligence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to differentiate the product to prospective clients.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Greater London Metro.
  • Base salary range of £97,000–£105,000 GBP.
