Description

  • Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard new ISV partners using a wide range of tactics.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations with business, legal, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Integrations, and Partner Activations on co-selling and GTM execution.
  • Drive sales conversions and post-sales activities, including back book conversion and net new acquiring strategies.
  • Manage revenue KPIs through effective recruiting, profitability, pricing discipline, and partner activation.
  • Develop, maintain, report on, and forecast a robust ISV pipeline.
  • Advance opportunities through the sales funnel and manage full-cycle sales activity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in key ISV verticals with strong global market potential.
  • Leverage Nuvei’s integrated payment products and technology to create tailored offerings for ISV prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales within payments and ISV sales.
  • Proven success in complex C-level negotiations covering technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
  • Strong track record of achievement and success in the targeted field of expertise.
  • Experience managing large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and comfort managing stressful situations while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Subject matter expertise within key software verticals.
  • Experience in the payments industry, specifically integrated payments.
  • Working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with or exposure to automated recruitment tools, including AI, may be part of the process.
